GLOW STACK - RESEARCH PROTOCOL THEORY

  • 2 min read

Suggested research protocol for reconstituting and dosing the seperate peptides belonging to the stack best known as GLOW.

1. GHK-CU - 100mg (3ml capacity vial)

DOSAGE: 1-2mg daily

DURATION: 4-12 weeks on followed by 2-4 weeks off (repeat cycle as needed)

RECONSTITUTION FOR PEPTIDE PEN: Add 3ml (300 units) bacteriostatic (BAC) water to the vial of 100mg GHK-CU lyophilised powder and gently roll in palms to mix. Draw entire contents up into a 3ml syringe, then deposit 0.75ml into 4 seperate pen cartridges (ensuring to keep a venting needle in cartridges to avoid internal pressure). Add 2.25ml approx BAC water to each cartridge to top up total volume to 3ml. Expel excess air from cartridges and store in a dark container in the refrigerator ready for use in peptide pen. If not using a pen, follow the same instructions with sterile 3ml vials.

CONCENTRATION: 2mg per 24 units (0.24ml). This volume is easier to administer, but uses more cartridges.

Add 3ml BAC water to the vial of GHK-CU. Draw up entire contents in a 3ml syringe. Transfer 1.5ml into 2 seperate 3ml pen cartridges. Top up each cartridge with 1.5ml of BAC water. Expel excess air from cartridges and store in a dark container in the refrigerator ready for use in peptide pen.

CONCENTRATION: 2mg per 6 units (0.06ml). This concentrated dose may cause more injection site pain.

2. BPC-157 - 10mg (3ml capacity vial)

DOSAGE: 0.25-0.5mg 1-2 x daily

DURATION: 6-8 weeks (then assess)

RECONSTITUTION: Add 3ml (300 units) BAC water to the vial of 10mg BPC-157. Transfer to pen cartridge or just use insulin needle.

CONCENTRATION: 0.25mg = 7.5 units | 0.5mg = 15 units.

3. TB-500 - 10mg (3ml capacity vial)

DOSAGE: Loading phase - 4-8mg split 2-3 x per week | Maintenance phase - 2-3mg every 10-14 days

DURATION: Loading phase = 4 weeks | Maintenance phase = 6-10 weeks (then assess)

RECONSTITUTION: Add 1ml (100 units) BAC water to the vial of 10mg TB-500. Transfer to pen cartridge or just use insulin needle.

CONCENTRATION: 2mg = 20 units.

Diving right in… A grey market peptide is a compound that has almost always been made in labs in China. They are either unapproved for use in humans by the TGA (and FDA in the US) or are a prescriptio
